3. Booking Process
The availability of flats can be checked starting from the home page, according to your period of interest. The price displayed on the home page refers to 2 nights min. stay and current price season. Before sending your booking, you should give consent to “terms of service” & “privacy policy”, flagging the dedicated box.
3.1. Booking
Booking process could be started from the following buttons and pages:
- Book Now button on the home page
- Check availability button on flat dedicated pages
The exact price to be charged is calculated automatically using the booking form on the website and the final charge, including all taxes, will be displayed before the order is made.
The calendar on Il Sole Lago Maggiore is linked by ICal with other booking platforms and automatically update every 15 minutes. Once you book a flat, you will receive an email with request for confirmation. You have 24 hour to confirm the booking using the link provided by email.
3.2. Cancel Policy
14 days before arrival using the cancellation link, provided by confirmation email.
3.3. Prices
Prices vary based on low and high season / week and week-end. Prices can be modified by Il Sole Lago Maggiore at any time and without any notice. 3.4. Coupons
Coupons are managed and released by Il Sole Lago Maggiore with % of discount and due date. The coupon is identified by unique ID Number and can not be used twice. Il Sole Lago Maggiore will distribute the coupons by marketing strategy and customer loyalty policy. The coupons has to be used during the booking process (dedicated box by booking details page).
4. Payments
Il Sole Lago Maggiore regulates and accept payment by Paypal, Stripe or direct bank transfer (by request).
4.1. Payments Process
13 days before your arrival, you will receive a request of payment by Paypal or Stripe. You have 24 hours to perform the transaction. Once the payment will be registered, you will receive by email a receipt.
If the payment will be not performed within 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled automatically. Il Sole Lago Maggiore will send you a cancel confirmation email.
4.2. Payments Gateway
Payments may be completed through the PayPal / Stripe. We do not store or share any personal information associated with a payment (like Credit Card number, owner, or expiration date). Some information available in PayPal and Stripe is stored on PayPal/Stripe as part of the transaction history. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a receipt from Il Sole Lago Maggiore.
