Il Sole Lago Maggiore

Our family buyed the flats in 2022 and began the rental activity in 2023. Strongly settled in Luino since 1940, we decided to invest and offer this service to lake's lovers.

Flats were completely renovated, keeping the external original aspect of a lake typical house.
Operative since 2023
We started with passion the rental activity in 2023 and we would like to add new services.

We will invest to renew the upper and lower terrace facilities, such as tables and chairs.
